Despite the repeal of the Companies Act, 1973, the regulation for the Winding-Up and Judicial Management of Companies as promulgated under Government Notice R2490 of 28 December 1973, and as subsequently amended from time to time, continues to apply to any matter to which Chapter 14 of the Companies Act, 1973 continues to apply in terms of Item 9 (1) to (3) of Schedule 5 of the Act, until the date to be determined as contemplated in Item 9 (4) of Schedule 5.Related Regulations
