14: Regulations
On the effective date, and for a period of 60 business days after the effective date, the Minister may make any regulation contemplated in this Act without meeting the procedural requirements set out in section 223 or elsewhere in this Act, provided the Minister has published those proposed regulations in the Gazette for comment for at least 30 business days.Related Sections
