Notice to Customers – Exemption from full compliance with auditing requirements

• Please note that the annexure to Form CR8 in the Regulations under the Co-operatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005) as published in the Government Gazette of 30 April 2007 has been rectified to include: The South African Institute of Charted Accountants (SAICA) as the last name on the list. This rectification aligns the list with paragraph 2(b) of form CR8.
